Attractive Home is a Dubai based interior design studio and fit-out contractor delivering complete residential and commercial interiors across the UAE. Since 2013 we have designed and built villas, apartments, offices and retail spaces for clients who want considered design and finishes that hold up over time.
We work as a single point of accountability. Our architects, interior designers, joinery specialists and site engineers handle concept design, 3D visualisation, technical drawings, authority approvals, procurement and full fit-out execution under one contract. You approve the design once, and the same team builds exactly what you approved.

HOW WE WORK
We meet at your space or on a call, understand how you live or work, and agree the scope, timeline and budget range.
You receive layouts, material boards and photorealistic 3D renders. We revise until the design is right.
We produce the full technical drawing set and handle municipality and developer approvals on your behalf.
Our site team builds the approved design, with scheduled progress updates and a named project manager throughout.
Final snagging, deep clean and styling. We hand over a finished space on the date we committed to.

A typical apartment fit-out runs six to ten weeks once approvals are in place. Villas usually take three to six months depending on scope and structural work. We confirm the exact programme in writing before signing.
Yes. We prepare the required drawing sets and submit for municipality and developer NOC approvals as part of the project scope, so you do not have to manage that process yourself.
Yes. Many clients keep pieces they love. We design around them and specify new items that sit comfortably with what you already own.
Yes. We can deliver concept design, 3D visualisation and full technical drawings for you to build with your own contractor, although most clients prefer we handle both.
